Refund Policy



Refund Policy – Chairvana

At Chairvana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at chairvanakwt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If your return is rejected (e.g., the item is used, damaged, or incomplete), no refund will be issued, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at chairvanakwt@gmail.com.


Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or a defective product).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless waived under special circumstances.
